I am a qualified 200-hour yoga teacher, with a passion for more restorative, slow and yin yoga styles. I completed my yoga training in 2017 in Bangalore, India and have been consistently practicing various styles since my grandmother introduced me to yoga 16 years ago.
I love to teach a nourishing and feminine form of yin yoga; This style really calms and soothes the nervous system and balances out the busyness of the current fast paced modern world we live in. Yoga helps to cultivate balance in one’s life and can help restore the parasympathetic nervous system in times of stress. Yoga also allows the body to open and can assist in revitalising the muscles and tissues. This helps the muscles and fascia in the body to lengthen and stretch, encouraging fuller ranges of motion.
I currently offer 1:1 yoga sessions via zoom. I also offer yoga workshops and larger community classes and workshops which are advertised here.
