I am a qualified 200-hour yoga teacher completing my formal training in 2017 in Bangalore, India. My journey in yoga began when I was 14 years old when my grandmother introduced me to this transformative practice and I have since cultivated a deep passion for restorative, slow, and yin yoga styles.
