Rositas Extra Virgin Cod liver oil is the only available wild caught, cold pressed raw cod liver oil available. Wild caught cod are ethically and sustainably sourced from the pristine Norwegian ocean. This cod liver oil naturally contains vitamins A and D and omega 3 EPA and DHA.
Most cod liver oils are processed with heat that destroys naturally occurring vitamin A and D and can damage the delicate omega 3 fatty acids. As a result, these cod liver oils are often supplemented with added synthetic vitamins.
Each bottle of Rositas Cod liver oil is 3rd party tested in a microbiological laboratory to meet stringent European purity and potency regulations.

Wild caught cod liver oil, rosemary and organic vitamin E (A tiny drop of rosemary and organic vitamin E sourced from organic sunflower seeds is added in to maintain freshness of the product)

Dose
Adults: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon daily
Children: 1-4 drops daily

How to take
- take out of the fridge and let the oil sit on the counter for a few minutes
- Shake the bottle so the oil is evenly distributed
- A slice of orange after is optional to chase the cod liver oil down with and refresh the palette.
Storage
-Refrigerate oil when received.
-Once opened, consume within 3 months
-Unopened oil bottles can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 years from bottle’s the date of production.
